About the Edington Homeowners Association

The Edington Homeowners Association is here to help keep Edington a welcoming, well-kept, and enjoyable place to call home. Our role is to care for the shared aspects of the community and help maintain the neighborhood’s overall appearance and character.

The HOA helps care for the shared spaces throughout Edington, helping keep the neighborhood clean, welcoming, and well maintained. This includes maintaining common areas, keeping public sidewalks clear during the winter, and caring for the large open field along the north side of the subdivision. As the community continues to grow, the HOA will continue to oversee the shared spaces and amenities that contribute to the overall look and feel of Edington.

The HOA also manages community assessments and the Association’s budget, maintains appropriate insurance, and helps ensure that the community’s governing documents and standards are followed. These responsibilities allow the HOA to plan for the future while keeping assessments focused on the needs of the community.

The HOA does not maintain individual homes, private yards, or other areas that are the responsibility of individual homeowners. Instead, our focus is on the shared spaces and responsibilities that help keep Edington looking and feeling like a great place to live.
